The Solferino Project was created out of my passion for this battle. I’ve studied it for years and have visited the area many times. Through my experiences, I’ve fallen in love with Italy and will be moving there in early 2026. In the mean time I’ve been working with Bruno Dotto on the editing of the English version of his book on the battle. If you need to know anything about this battle, you’ll want to read his book.
